Dot ELISA Kit enables the demonstration of direct sandwich assay for an antigen. The test is developed using two antibodies to an antigen. One of the antibodies is immobilized on a strip and the other linked with an enzyme. The assay result is interpreted by viewing the color developed at the final step.
