Kit demonstrates the method used to determine the antigen concentration in unknown samples by sandwich ELISA technique. In this method one of the two antibodies is bound to the solid phase and the antigen in a test solution is allowed to bind to the antibody. Unbound proteins are removed by washing and then the labelled second antibody is allowed to bind to the antigen. After washing, the amount of bound labelled second antibody is assayed by using appropriate substrate.
The kit contents are sufficient for 4 experiments.
